  Nose: Apple blossom, fresh mint tea and lots of berries, with raspberry and blackberry.

  Palate: Oak char and Liquorice Allsorts, with more of those berries from the nose and milk chocolate.

  Finish: Caramel and clove-studded orange, with a touch of oak char.
