• Diverse: Signatory has got its mitts on some excellent whisky from the Dalmore Distillery! Distilled in March 1992 and set aside to age in a single bourbon barrel #1749. After a lengthy slumber, that cask was cracked open in June 2020, and bottled up for the Cask Strength Collection.
  236 bottles were produced.
  

  Nose: Roasted nuts and mature oak, with waves of fresh vanilla in the mix.

  Palate: Toffee ice-cream, melted butter and a hint of Turkish delight. Greengages and earthy pear.

  Finish: Buttered brioche, waxy peels, Milkybar sweetness balances by allspice and polished furniture richness.
